Ingredients:

  • 1 – Apex Keto’s Simple 3-2-1 Pizza Crust
  • 250g – WMLM Mozzarella Cheese (Approx: 2.5 Cups Shredded)
  • 90g – Aldi’s Rosso Pesto Sauce  (Approx: 3oz)
  • 60g – Galileo’s Sliced Pepperoni (Approx: 2oz)
  • 60g – Aldi’s Sliced Hard Salami (Approx: 2oz)
  • 60g – Black Olives (Approx: 2oz)

Preparation:

  • Preheat Oven To 450°F
  • Shred Mozzarella Cheese
  • Slice Olives
    (Note: If Using Deli Style Meats, You May Want To Cut Into Smaller Pieces)

Assembly:

  • Line a pizza pan with parchment paper and lightly oil with EVOO
  • Spread Rosso Pesto Sauce evenly over crust using the back of a spoon or spatula
  • Add the shredded Mozzarella Cheese to cover
  • Evenly distribute the Pepperoni, Hard Salami and Olives.

Final Cooking:

  • Place the pizza in an oven that has been Preheated to 450°F
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and delicious
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before cutting into 8 slices
    (Tip: Cooking times may vary based on your oven)

Storage:
