Ingredients:

  • 300g – Riced Cauliflower (10oz Bag Frozen)
  • 200g – WMLM Mozzarella Cheese (2 Cups Shredded)
  • 100g – Whole Eggs (2 Large Eggs)
  • 1g – Dried Oregano (1 Tsp)
  • 1.5g – Garlic Powder (1/2 Tsp)
  • 1.5g – Salt (1/4 Tsp)

Preparation:

  • Preheat Oven To 450°F
  • Shred Mozzarella Cheese.
  • Cover a pizza pan with parchment paper, trim to fit so the parchment paper does not get burnt.

Assembly:

  • In a skillet, over high heat, Pan fry the Riced Cauliflower in 1 Tbsp of EVOO. Stirring occasionally.
  • Add in the Dried Oregano. Salt to
  • Continue cooking just until it starts to Brown, About 6-10 minutes.
  • In a large bowl combine: Riced Cauliflower (While Hot) and Shredded Cheese, stir until evenly combined.
  • Once the cheese is integrated mix in the two eggs.
  • Spread mixture out onto the parchement paper with a large spatula until it covers the pan evenly.
  • Final size is about a 12″-13″ crust.

Final Cooking:

  • Place the pizza crust in an oven that has been Preheated to 450°F.
  • Bake for 20-24 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and delicious.
  • You can add sauce and toppings to complete a pizza while the crust is still hot.
  • Bake for an additional 10-12 minutes to cook the toppings.
  • For later use, allow to cool completely before storage.
